Who can enter

UK residents aged 18 or over who have purchased MV-SYSTEM® from mitovitality.com. Mitovitality employees and their immediate families are not eligible.

Entrants must meet the product's suitability requirements. Winners must confirm that they can safely use MV-SYSTEM® in accordance with its product warnings, including that they are not pregnant or breastfeeding.

How to enter

Leave a verified review of MV-SYSTEM® using the QR code on your refill card or via the MV-SYSTEM® product page.

All genuine reviews count, whether positive, negative or somewhere in between. Your rating and comments will not affect your chances of winning.

There is a maximum of one entry per customer per quarter, regardless of how many reviews you submit. No additional purchase or payment is required to enter beyond your original qualifying product purchase.

When the draws happen

Our first prize draw closes at 11:59pm UK time on 31 December 2026, with entries accepted from the launch of this promotion.

After that, draws take place quarterly, with entries closing at 11:59pm UK time on 31 March, 30 June, 30 September and 31 December each year.

Reviews submitted after a quarterly closing date will be entered into the following draw, subject to eligibility. Each eligible entry is included in one quarterly draw only.

The prize

One winner per quarter will receive three months' supply of MV-SYSTEM® (three 30-day supplies), with an equivalent subscription value of £207.

The prize includes free standard delivery to a UK address. It cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.

For existing subscribers, the prize may be applied as three months of free subscription supply.

Choosing the winner

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 14 days of the end of each quarter, using a verifiably random selection process.

We'll contact the winner by email using their order details. If they don't respond within 14 days, we may select another winner at random.

Announcing the winner

With their permission, we'll share the winner's first name on our website and Instagram.

The winner's surname and county may be made available on request at info@mitovitality.com, where required by applicable promotional rules.

Winners may object to or limit publication of their information. Please contact us if you have any concerns about your details being shared.

The small print

We'll only use your personal information to administer the prize draw, verify eligibility, contact winners and deliver prizes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to amend, suspend or cancel the prize draw where circumstances beyond our reasonable control make this unavoidable. Any changes will be communicated fairly and will not unfairly disadvantage existing entrants.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
