At Mitovitality®, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, dispatch and deliver orders placed through our website.
Order Processing
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1 working day of receipt.
Orders placed before 12:00pm (UK time) on working days will typically be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next working day.
Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday only (excluding public holidays).
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We currently ship using Royal Mail Tracked services.
UK Delivery: Royal Mail Tracked 48 (estimated delivery within 2 working days from dispatch)
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
UK Subscriptions: Free shipping on all subscription orders.
One-Time Purchases: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
International Orders: Shipping costs vary depending on destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Subscription shipping terms may also be subject to our Purchase Options & Subscription Cancellation Policy.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to selected destinations. Available shipping options will be shown at checkout based on your location.
If your country is not available at checkout, we are currently unable to ship to that destination.
Duties, Taxes and Customs
For orders shipped outside the UK:
Duties, taxes and customs charges are not included in the checkout price
These charges are the responsibility of the customer
Your shipping carrier may contact you prior to delivery to arrange payment
Please check your email (including spam/junk folders) for any communications from the carrier, as failure to pay required charges may result in delays or returns.
Tracking and Delivery Updates
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
It is your responsibility to monitor tracking updates and ensure availability for delivery where required.
Shipping Delays
While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:
- Carrier issues
- Customs processing (for international orders)
- High demand periods or external factors outside our control
- Mitovitality® is not responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If you believe your parcel is lost or missing, please contact us.
Mitovitality® will review the claim and, where appropriate, replace lost or missing parcels following investigation and supporting evidence.
Failed Deliveries
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that:
- The shipping address is accurate and complete
- The delivery location is safe and accessible
- If delivery is unsuccessful, please follow the instructions provided by the carrier using your tracking information.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details at the time of purchase.
Mitovitality® cannot be held responsible for failed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Split Shipments
Where possible, we aim to dispatch all items in a single shipment.
However, in some cases, orders may be fulfilled in multiple shipments depending on stock availability or operational requirements.
Stock Availability
If a product is out of stock, this will be clearly indicated on our website.
We do not currently offer backorders. Customers may have the option to sign up for notifications when products become available again.
Returned Shipments
If a parcel is returned to us (for example due to failed delivery, unpaid customs charges, or incorrect address), it will be handled in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy.
Failure to follow our returns process may result in the order being rejected or processed in line with our Terms & Conditions.
