At Mitovitality®, we are committed to product quality and customer care. This policy explains how returns and refunds work for purchases made directly from www.mitovitality.com. We offer a 30-day returns window for eligible items. This includes your statutory 14-day cancellation right under UK consumer law. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
Your Legal Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If you are a UK or EU consumer purchasing online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under applicable consumer protection laws (including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 in the UK). To qualify for a change-of-mind return:
- The product must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging.
- Tamper seals must remain fully intact.
- Proof of purchase (e.g. order number or receipt) is required.
- You must notify us within 14 days of delivery.
- You must return the item within 14 days of notifying us.
Where the cancellation right applies, your refund will include the product price and the standard delivery charge (if applicable).
We will cover the cost of return shipping for eligible returns in accordance with this policy.
For health and hygiene reasons, this cancellation right does not apply to sealed supplements once they have been opened or unsealed.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at:

Please include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Photographs.
Once confirmed, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights, which may include a replacement or full refund (including reasonable return postage where applicable).
First-Time Orders: Satisfaction Support
Our formulations are designed for consistent use, with benefits building over time. However, if you are a first-time customer and feel the product is not suitable for you, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
At our discretion, we may offer one of the following:
- Product guidance or support.
- Store credit.
- A partial or full refund on your first purchase.
This goodwill policy:
- Applies to one AM/PM system per customer.
- Applies to first-time purchases only.
- Does not apply to repeat subscription renewals.
This section is provided as a goodwill commitment and does not affect your statutory rights.
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders are managed in accordance with our Purchase Options & Subscription Cancellation Policy.
Orders that have already been processed or dispatched cannot usually be cancelled, but may be returned in accordance with this Refunds & Returns Policy if they remain unopened and eligible.
Refunds are not issued for partially used products except where required under your statutory rights.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened supplement bottles.
- Opened refill pouches.
- Products with broken tamper seals.
- Gift cards and sale items (unless faulty).
- Items returned outside the 14-day cancellation window (unless faulty).
- Any items clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions set out in this policy.

We will provide return instructions and a reference number. Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The quickest way to receive a replacement item is to return your product (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow up to 5 working days for processing.
- Your bank or card provider may require additional time to complete the transaction.
