Cancellation policy

This policy explains how subscription-based purchases and other purchase options can be managed, changed or cancelled when purchasing from Mitovitality®.
This policy should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions, Refunds & Returns Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions
Some products may be offered as a subscription. When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription frequency selected at checkout.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorise us, or our payment provider, to securely store your payment details and charge your chosen payment method for each recurring order unless the subscription is cancelled before the next billing date.
The subscription price, delivery frequency and any applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Managing Your Subscription
You can manage, update or cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Using the subscription management link provided in your order confirmation or subscription emails;
- Logging into your customer account, where available;
Contacting us at info@mitovitality.com. - You are responsible for ensuring your account details, delivery address and payment information remain accurate and up to date.
Cancelling Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
To avoid being charged for your next subscription order, cancellation must be completed before your next billing date.
If an order has already been processed or dispatched before cancellation is completed, that order cannot be cancelled. However, you may still be able to return the product in accordance with our Refunds & Returns Policy, provided it is eligible for return.
Subscription Renewals
Subscriptions automatically renew at the selected billing interval unless cancelled by you or by us.
We may cancel or suspend a subscription where:
- Payment cannot be collected;
- The product becomes unavailable;
- We reasonably suspect misuse, fraud or unauthorised resale; or
- We are otherwise unable to continue supplying the subscription.
- Where we cancel a subscription after payment has been taken for products not yet supplied, we will refund the relevant amount.
Subscription Price Changes
If the price of a subscription changes, we will provide notice where required by law before applying the new price.
If you do not wish to continue at the updated price, you may cancel your subscription before the next billing date.
Refunds and Returns for Subscription Orders
Subscription orders are subject to our Refunds & Returns Policy.
We do not usually refund subscription orders that have already been processed or dispatched unless:
- The product is faulty, damaged or incorrect;
- The product remains unopened and eligible for return under our Refunds & Returns Policy; or
- A refund is otherwise required under your statutory rights.
Refunds are not issued for partially used products except where required by law.
